I've finally got my hands on Go Set a Watchman, so I took some time today to read a good chunk of it.

EDIT: Finished it, now I'm plannning to start Lord of the Flies soon.

I recommend you the 《Three Body》series.
It's now the best hard core science fiction novel of china.
A planet in a system consists of three solars, the situation of Chinese scientists in 1970s, the story rolls on the road.
Why we didn't find aliens comes to the earth, the novel will give you a reason.
Human characteristics, universal theory, prepare for a war which will happen after 400 years, the universe society, the dark forest, quantum affects science research.
All in the book.
It has been translated into English.

In a 60s literature course this semester, so I've been doing a decent bit more reading than usual recently, and it's been pretty enjoyable.

Slaughterhouse Five and The Edible Woman are my two favorite works in the course so far, though most of the subject matter has been somewhat interesting.

Finished Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring book one and am an chapter two of book two. I love Tolkien's books but I do tend to read them quite slowly

^Reminds me that I'm due for a re-read of LotR myself

Finished the final novel of my literature course this semester, The Crying of Lot 49. Really confusing read, but really fun to think about. Lots of references embedded in people's names, places, or organizations that are really easy to miss, but add a lot when you can identify them.

Read Neuromancer for my English course this semester, which was a really captivating novel. You can really tell it's from a pre-modern computer era, but it poses a lot of interesting questions.

Also just finished the first book of Nisio Isin's Zaregoto series, which I thought was amazingly well constructed. I'm a tiny bit dissatisfied with something said towards the end of the book, but despite that I found the mystery still very well done.
