Urotsuki Colors (My Lucky Star game)

Opening song: Same as show (After the picture of Original Konata turns into the Konata in the game)
Ending song: Dubstep-Lucky Star (Because of the look of Kagami in this game)

You can do anything to improve the game like fix the picture of the menu.
You can say "It will be cool if _______"'
You can think about the bosses like the 1st boss the 2nd boss or the final one.

Interesting....So, you're making a Card Game-based game of Lucky Star? Well....If you're gonna do that, I think the first and foremost thing to do is to find out what style of card play you want. Do you want something along the lines of say the Pokemon Trading Card Game, or the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game?

Or maybe you want a more board game-based feel to it, and perhaps use Triple Triad (Final Fantasy VIII/8) or Tetra Master (Final Fantasy IX/9)? There's also the more technical/advanced approach of a game like Magic The Gathering....

Or hell, just make a rather easy type of game, much like UNO or Go-Fish. No matter what style you use? If it's Lucky Star? I'd totally spend some hours on it. Then there's art direction. Really, if it's a fan-game, art direction's not entirely a big deal, but if you can't/don't wanna draw your own pictures of Lucky Star characters and setups, it wouldn't make you look like a novice if you just used official/fan art.

Balancing and Beta Testing and such will of course have to be done by multiple people, with differing gaming skills. Fan-Made voices would be a nice touch, if you could find the good ones who do FanDubs of Lucky Star, but if you can't, the original and/or Bandai dub voices would work just fine in clips.

Finally, the bosses: If you're gonna talk about bosses, I advise perhaps making the player character just an avatar. You don't even have to show who it is: It can just be....Well, "you", the player. No real look or anything, just you going against the Lucky Star cast. Depending on the length you want your game's Arcade/Story Mode to be, I'd say to attempt to have every single Lucky Star character that has importance (in both the manga, and the anime) to be part of it.

As for the bosses: Make those be the older characters. Like, Nanako Kuroi could be the last boss, whilst Miki Hiiragi/Soujiro Izumi/Yukari Takara can be the the other boss battles before her. Or, if you wanna go a more mystical route, have Nanako Kuroi LOOK like she's the final boss, but then have Kanata Izumi come into it, and then boom, the REAL boss battle begins. How hard you want the game to be, is honestly a matter of personal preference, but I'll just tell you now:

I can't "stand" hard card games. This is just my own opinion, but I lose interest in hard card games very quickly. That's about all I can offer at the moment. Perhaps I can help you out a bit more sometime later if you're interested.
