While a lot of variety isn't a bad thing as a consumer, I do kind of agree. I can deal with a bunch of rehashes of a popular series' concept- take trapped in a video game as an example, but I think the primary issue is the strain that making so much so fast puts on the animators. Being an animator in Japan is a tough gig even without having to worry about the sheer volume of different shows that need to be worked on.

Hopefully more studios can adopt a more KyoAni style approach, but who knows what will happen.

I do agree, there're too much animes now.
Indeed, having much anime isn't a bad thing for us audience, but how if the increase of amount of animes is with the decrease of quality?

Japan anime industry needs a lot working hand now.
The growth of amount of animators doesn't catch up with the increasing work load, this will result in a obviously bad way.
