SpongeBob is a perfect example for adult humour in children's cartoon.

There was an episode of Phineas and Ferb recently that had this dispute between Doofenschmirtz and Perry look like a sexual affair.

^ah the panda episode,it all makes sense now.
Adult humor in cartoons is pretty common. Usually due to parental bonus (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ParentalBonus), the animation age ghetto (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AnimationAgeGhetto) and getting crap past the radar (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/GettingCrapPastTheRadar). x3
My favorite is probably Courage the Cowardly Dog which doesn't really have all that much adult humor, but it certainly has a lot of moments that makes you think "Wait, this is intended for children?". Among them is a man who pretends to be a director so he can lure people in and kill them. Fun stuff.

I don't care what you people say, but I firmly believe that Phineas and Ferb is a VERY creative and clever show. Better than most stuff on TV nowadays.

See, me and him are in agreement.

I can't find the clip of it, but there was a scene from the first pokemon season where Brock (In reference to a picture of a strict Poketech student) said "She can violate my rights anytime!"

In the movie Coraline, which is supposedly aimed at kids, there's this one part where a woman with freakishly large bust is wearing nothing but a thong and pasties and bouncing up and down on circus-like equipment ~nyaa-nyaa... O_O

Face it, you'd never recognize Eric Stuart as a kid. It's actually so cool when you look back on it.
