OK i thought that the special Shield that Nanako-sensei had gotten in the OVA was just the name of a rare Pizza box shaped shield you could get in the game she played. i had NO idea it was from an ACTUAL pizza chain in Japan. I was reading up on Tokyo Tower on Wikipedia when i read it had a Pizza-La restaurant in it's "Foot Town" I did a double take and said "WHAT!?"

I think Pizza Hut was promoting bakemonogatari too.

Im not surprised. Lucky Star uses a lot of real world references, even Cup Noodle. I want pizza now.

I wish we got Pizza-la in North America around my area. We want all their pizzas, plus add in some awesome Arcade Video Games from Japan like Darius Gaiden or RayForce or something.

thats scary...
but the pizzas look so damn good!
and the pastas + chicken too!
which is strange sine if most places dont specialize in making that kinda food then the food wont taste very good :<
