Favorite double act?
I dunno, there are a fair few I like.
Although after seeing their version of Waiting for Godot, I might be leaning towards Rik Mayall and Ade Edmonson.

If we're including anime, I might as well throw Issac & Miria (Baccano!) and Ryo & Fuu (Sketchbook) into the mix.
Both of which also work as pairings, I suppose.
Oh, I just know I'm forgetting one... But then I always get that feeling. Probably why I was sectioned for acute paranoia.
