How many anime episodes can you watch a day?

I usually can just watch at least a couple episodes a day, so it sometimes takes me a while to finish an anime. But at other times I can sit in front of a computer 12-hours straight and watch an anime (which is what happened with Clannad AS)

Let's see...if each episode is half an hour, and there are 24 hours in a day, that's 48 episodes. So I could watch the whole Clannad series in a day, and then 1.

But the most I ever saw in one day was the first Clannad season the first day, and then the After Story The next day. So I could watch about 22 episodes in a day usually if I'm really into it. I watched K-ON! and Air in one day.

Well, lets see. Yesterday I watched 14 episodes of Clannad.

I watched i think 18 episodes of elemental gelade in 1 day.

I can watch as much as I want if I'm really into it.

On a non-busy day, anything between two and ten.
If there's something I'm marathoning, it can go up to many many more.

Clannad was the longest anime marathon I ever had. Shows how good of a series it is if it compells me to do that.

Well, I watched about 23 episodes of Yu-gi-oh! today...I don't know but I guess seeing that crappy new series of it made me start watching the good episodes and I am going to finish what I started.

On a good day, I can watch about ~30 episodes, like when I was re-marathoning part of CLANNAD. Otherwise, I can usually watch up to 12 episodes in a sitting.

If you plan it out right, 65 are possible (As each show is ~22 minutes). The most I've gotten though is 30.

Five or six episodes in one sitting's enough to give me a headache, and eight to ten makes me almost braindead. I have no idea how some people manage 20+ episodes in one session, I doubt I'd even have any clue what was going on by that point. I usually go for an episode or two per sitting, four to six if I'm at a particularly addictive spot or there's a scene or episode I really want to see.

School Days deserves special mention, though, for being addictive enough that I watched the show in two sittings. Best anime ever.
