There seems to be some confusion about what is going on with luckystarfans.com and why we are moving to another domain. So, here's the gist of it:

The website Lucky Star Fans was created, and owned, by Lawliet. For a while he was active around the forums with the rest of us, but Real Life called and he was very busy with his work. His site updates and forum visits became less and less frequent untill he dissappeared completley.

At first things went well, seeing as both me and LAtur were admins, and could easily moderate and administrate the forums and memebers. But there were some problems, we couldn't change the forum layout or embedd a chatbox into the forums. Recently we also learned that the domain luckystarfans.com would expire 31.05.2009. We decided the best thing to do was to move to a new domain, seeing as it is very unlikely that Lawliet will come back. Laturi gratiously volunteered to do it, so a round of applause for him! He bought luckystarshrine.com with his own money!

In the furture we hope to have a fansite up and running alongside the forum! And that's the story so far.

indeed (are there any open positions as far as mods or even admins go?)

you really shouldn't ask (every site i've been to it has always been a bad idea to ask to be a mod or imply it in any way shape or form. They will usually say if we want mods we'll ask you), but the mods are very nice on this site so no big deal.
