I heard Ken is weaker in Street Fighter 4. I also heard that Sagat is broken in Street Fighter 4. His attacks does a lot of damage.

That flow chart describes my thoughts on typical fighter games. All it requires is spamming 1-2 good combos over and over.

Has Street Fighter fixed its typical problems yet? (Broken combos, terrible tiers, too much focus on direct combat, not enough on ranged, too much juggle time, broken characters)

If not, tell me when they get a decent ranged based character.
