What is Warning Level and why do i have it?

your getting closer to being banned.
dont ask why or for how long though.
ask the admins or mods.
Warning levels show when you have gotten a warning. You will get a warning if you break any of the rules. when warning levels reaches 100% you will be banned for a day, maybe more depending on if this is the first time you are being banned or what you did.
You can only see your own warning levels, so you don't have to worry about other people seeing it.

Because you've been banned once. Though, it did reset, people think that it's higher for going off-topic.
