I think thats from the shadow(it looks like it's supposed to be during a sunset or sunrise)

IMO the shadowing is done beautifuly and goes perfectly with the eerie backround

Yeah, of course, but I just thought it was a tad too blue/dark to be in shadow? I dunno.

No! Nagisa sucks! Plus, Shizuma X Nagisa is so obvious. I recommend either Kaname X Momomi or if you wanna go non-canon, Chikura X anyone would be good, too.

tl;dr: anything except Shizuma X Nagisa.
