Well Kirant and supernova were discussing this in the fab anime thread and were going off topic (hey at least I'm not going off topic myself) so discuss it here
So far super is saying that it's like lucky star, leave clues but no definite evidence.
Kirant was putting forth clues like how in the snowy mountain incident (loght novels, loved that incident, so confusing and fun and interesting) koizumi said something along the lines to kyon
"you appeared in my room and did things that were terrifying, things you wouldn't do."
Or when koizumi gets close to kyon alot when talking
