The answer would definitely be Tsukasa for me. I feel that she would be far more comforting as a sister than Kagami. Having Kagami as a sister would be like having a alarm clock that wakes you up from fantasy every like...whenever it can. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about Kagami's approach to life, but I'd prefer Tsukasa, as she's the renowned healing-type character. If you had a bad day Tsukasa would make you better just by being around. She can also cook and do housework.
