On Danbooru, the artist is the tag in red, so in this case it's 'saki saki'. However, as in this case this is the only image by saki saki on Danbooru, and they don't give links to saki saki's pixiv or other site, that's pretty much as far as it can go.
I recommend just searching Lucky_Star with violence or stabbing tags.
