Yeah, it's once in a lifetime experience because it's going to get us killed! Don't these games usualy have weapon and equipment shops in like every village? I suggest we head for the nearest one and get our hands on something to fight with instead of resorting to punching monsters with our bare hands.

Percival(thats what i named our magician friend), could you use your magic to forge us some basic weapons? These games usualy give you a starting weapon that does less damage than a twig, but it's better than nothing.

I hear you lot are trying to get to [whatever its called] island, but are a bit short on gold. I have a vessel that could take you there... but in return, you'll have to do me a small favor. On the island, there will be a cave, inside of which lives a mid level troll. He shouldn't be TOO difficult of a task, even for low levels like you. A group of so many should be able to take him with only a few lives lost. I'm too old to do it myself, but this troll took my leg years ago...

return with proof that the beast is dead, and i'll reward you handsomely. I have little in the way of money, but i used to be a mage class, back in my prime, and think i have a charm that could help you on your way.

Feel free to keep the vessel long enough to complete your other quest too, as i'm sure you'll need the money from it as well.
