You've got a pretty thick American accent there, fellow.
You could put in some pictures, clips etc. Especially when you talked about the OP.
I wholeheartedly disagree with the descriptions of the characters. Well, okay Konata is fine, but Kagami is not a bitch, Tsukasa is not retarded and there's more to Miyuki than just the encyclopędia side of her.
About Konata's Japanese voice; Yes, Aya Hirano is truly amazing, especially the non-word sounds that Konata utters from time to time.

You should have your own opinions, not TV Tropes' opinions.

Really? I don't hear it. *Is North American*
Yes, I agree, the characters make the show. And I love conversation based animes.
I still like the main characters more than the secondary ones.
And yes, the dub is awesome.

Not really my strong suit helping with reviews...but here goes:
Pros:
- You avoided using terminology specific to anime for the most part (IE - Calling Konata a nerd over calling her an otaku). This is a little dual-edged (as it isn't always right, as would be the order of the day when it came to describing Kagami/Tsukasa. Character dimensions went a little further than that)
Cons:
- Lack of preperation. I would suggest doing a couple dry runs before recording. That, or keep a script somewhere.
- Some factual problems. One that stood out for me was the references notes you made. It's probably a personal choice, but the references to other shows are quite funny if you understood them. Heck, the bests ones I know of don't mock it. An example I know that worked great (And is still rated ~9.7/10 on average by viewers) was the entire episode dedicated as a 1972 Summit Series reference in Corner Gas. There was no open mocking, but the execution worked amazingly well. I think the same thing applies to L*S. If you know what they're talking about and follow it, then you'll find the jokes funny. If not, it's just a missed joke (As oppose to Family Guy, where the jokes are distracting if they weren't noticed, hence why they had to go with very obvious things to parody).
- It may help to make references to other shows to help people make sense of it. I mean, not everybody
Personal note of hatred:
- ._. You didn't like the dub at times. 4 VAs that I love to death (All fitting the top 10 list I had) in one show...just an aside though.

You've got a pretty dark voice for only being 13.
