"Give me your trust said the Aes Sedai.
On my shoulders I support the sky.
Trust me to know and to do what is best.
And I will take care of the rest.
But trust is the color of a dark seed growing.
Trust is the color of a heart's blood flowing
Trust is the color of a souls last breath.
Trust is the color of death." - The Lord of Chaos, Book Six of The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan
Just quote a book!

Yes it is a reference to Clannad but that in turn is reference to the story, The Dandelion Girl, I really recommend this.

"Sitting on an island in the ocean
May seem kinda free,
Lying on a beach of golden sand
May sound as life should be.
Sounds like heaven,
But it ain't heaven,
No siree.
A billion waves of sea, you see,
Divide you from me.
Only you can make my world
Heavenly."

"If you are interested in stories with happy endings, you would be better off reading some other book. In thisbook, not only is there no happy ending, there is no happy beginning and very few happy things in the middle. This is because not very many happy things happened in the lives of the three Baudelaire youngsters. Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire were intelligent children, and they were charming and resourceful, and had pleasant facial features, but they were extremely unlucky, and most everything that happened to them was rife with misfortune, misery, and despair. I am sorry to tell you this, but that is how the story goes." ~Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events - The Bad Beginning

Potential Spoiler. The book is Shakugan no Shana Vol. 1 of the light novel, "The Girl with Fire in Her Eyes".
I thought this.
The Flame Haze of Alastor had thought this.
I want him to be with me forever. I don't want to lose him.
I thought this, for the briefest moment.
But I thought.
And the thought created fear.
Enough fear to stop my sword in its path.
But I am the Flame Haze of Alastor.
Because I wished for it, therefore I exist.
That's everything. And that's me.
I wished for it, so I will make a choice.
To fight.
But what will that Mistes say?
Will he ask for help?
That's fine. I'll fight as a Flame Haze.
"And Shana, Alastor, if you think you can use me, why don't you do that."
What a remark. But then, how did I respond?
Right.
"Okay."
That's how I responded.
Yes, that's how it was.
I wished for it, so I will make a choice.
To fight.
That's how it should be.
But now I'm very scared.
Scared? Me, scared?
But then if I'm scared, I should be ready.
I should be to fight.
I'm the Flame Haze of Alastor.
Because I wished for it, therefore I exist.
...
I'm fighting.
What are you going to say?
I'm going to fight.
But my heart is in pain...
Yuji...
This part blew my mind. It was a strong part.

"No man knows the time nor the season, only the father." ~The Bible, when referring to Armageddon.
This quote alone disproves 2012.

Even his stalwart manhood seemed to have shrunk somewhat under the strain of his much-tried emotions. (dracula)
"Our world," he said, "is far more advanced than yours. For reasons you'll understand shortly."
A thin, bony naked woman entered the room, carrying two small, white kittens. She sat one of the fluffy cats in my lap and stuffed the other down my shirt. She turned and left.
"There," said the large man. "The kittens will make your sad go away"

It's from "John Dies at the End," which is supposed to be a horror/comedy novel. It didn't phase me that much about it being a horror novel. Book is hilarious though!

Some epic quotes from Douglas Adams:
"A learning experience is one of those things that say, 'You know that thing you just did? Don't do that.'"
"If you try and take a cat apart to see how it works, the first thing you have on your hands is a non-working cat."
"Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss." (Life, The Universe and Everything)
"Humans are not proud of their ancestors, and rarely invite them round to dinner." (The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)
"I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer."
(Zaphod Beeblebrox - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy)
"Life, is like a grapefruit. [...]it's orangey-yellow and dimpled on the outside, wet and squidgy in the middle. It's got pips inside, too. Oh, and some people have half a one for breakfast." (from either Mostly Harmless or So Long and Thanks for All the Fish)
"In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people angry and has been widely regarded as a 'bad move'." (The Restaurant at the End of the Universe)
"What's so bad about being drunk?" - "Just ask a glass of water." (The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy)
"You are disoriented. Blackness swims toward you like a school of eels who have just seen something that eels like a lot." (The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy text adventure)
"Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable, let's prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all." - Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency
"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so." (Last Chance to See)
I think that's enough for now.
