Haven't had a new L*S topic in a while, huh?

So Kadakowa released a trailer for a.... game I suppose? I can't read Japanese... featuring the characters, including the newer ones. The trailer mimics my own envisioning of what an OP for a second Lucky Star season would be like sooooo much, it's uncanny! Right down to the standing on big star platforms! :)

They're pretty much the same voices from the anime. Which is a good thing. I'll be mad if they didn't keep the same voices.

Right, ive had a look at the game, and acording to AnimeRaku.com. Or what i get from reading what little there is, is that its a singing/making a band kinda game. Proberly based around OSU style gameplay. With minigames and suck, heres a quote from AnimeRaku:

"The game is to be set in 4 places, Akiba, Bukuro, Konata's town, and Net World. Players will take part in auditions, observe the characters, play some mini-games, etc. There will be different things to do depending on player's actual location. The most important parts will most likely be some idol contests, which you can also see in the screenshots below, and you will have to do everything possible to achieve contest victories and make sure that your character will rise in rankings."

So it will include that famous Japanese dating game style were you follow a character and talk for them, thus changing the ending slightly through out the game. Boom quote No.2

"You will become a manager in Japan and your task will be to choose a potential idol from a group of girls aspiring to become idols and lead her to become the best in the business. Among those girls, there will be characters from Lucky Star."

Yep, Dating style interaction that changes the ending, with fun minigames (proberly like the ones in No Mori 2) with the possibility of OSU features aswell. But for a PSP OSU will be tricky so dont take my word for that.

99.9% Chance it will never be in English, unless some fan hax it, changed all the text to english and alows us to download a english ROM from a Emulator site.
But, for the hell of it im going to track down a PSP Emulator (Because theres a DS one, there must be PSP one) and play this. :D
And if i fix my DS (Im getting a new battery from a friends DS, I nackered by Battery, he nackered the screens. Dumb f*ck :p) i will download all the LS DS games, put them on cartrages and play them on my DS, Untill them im using my DS Emulator to play japanese DS games.

But the idea of every L*S girl auditioning to be an idol isn't believable to me.
